Gia Restaurant was envisioned as a destination for both hotel guests and the local community, extending the hospitality experience beyond the hotel itself. Inspired by Mediterranean and Middle Eastern culture, the space balances contemporary dining with a strong sense of place.
A palette of terracotta, burgundy and muted greens is complemented by natural materials including marble, rattan, copper and textured plaster. Bespoke details crafted by local artisans add warmth, authenticity and character throughout the interior.
Centred around an open kitchen and a vibrant pizza oven, the restaurant offers a variety of seating settings that encourage social interaction while creating an inviting and memorable dining experience.
