We wanted to create a welcoming and comfortable setting for all guests throughout the day, as handmade cheese is always about cosiness and warmth. At the same time, the goal was to add locality, inspired by the patterns used in Yerevan’s architecture, given that it is important to us that the guest has the opportunity to experience the history and culture of the country in which the project is located
