The spa complex will be located on the 14th floor of the building. It includes: entrance area, two massage rooms, cloak rooms and showers, sauna, salt room, hammam, relaxation area with sun beds. 

The main design concept is the man nature interconnection;

Bionical room forms and furniture, textures of wood and stone are used in the interior.

The sauna and relaxation area are located opposite a large panoramic window with a city view.

The project will be built in the end of 2022.
